Chaun also grew up in the Wenatchee Valley, and has had the opportunity to live in several Central and Eastern Washington markets. A graduate of Eastmont High School and Washington State University, Chaun is Dan and Cheri's son, and represents the third generation of Center Investments, Inc. Chaun has immersed himself in the commercial real estate business over the last decade as a leasing and selling agent, as well as operations/construction manager for several retail and office properties overseen by CII.
Chaun has a specific focus on the available space inventory of the Wenatchee Valley market and prides himself on meticulously maintaining that information. He feels accurate knowledge of the market and effective communication are critical tools for successfully managing and leasing commercial properties.
